Well Guidelines
Guidelines for Construction of a New Well or Well Destruction in the Raymond Basin are intended to provide a tool for the Raymond Basin Management Board to help manage the resources of the Basin in accordance with the Raymond Basin Judgment, City of Pasadena vs. City of Alhambra, No. Pasadena C-1323 dated December 23, 1944.
